We empower athletes to move and feel the way they expect through physical treatment, education, encouragement, and compassion.
DOCTORS OF PHYSICAL THERAPY
WE TREAT ATHLETES DIFFERENTLY
WE KNOW ATHLETES
One Nine therapists have extensive experience treating athletes of all ages. We understand the challenges athletes face in returning to sport after injury because we have been there.
FASTER RETURN TO SPORT
Most Physical Therapy clinics can manage athletic injuries during the early stages, but have difficulty returning the athlete to sport. This is where One Nine excels! We move athletes from basic function to elite.
Our practice focuses on high school and adolescent pediatric sports medicine. Young athletes experience greater depression, stronger resistance to changes in routine, and require more neuromuscular retraining than adult athletes. One Nine therapists are prepared for the challenges that youth athletes face in rehabilitation.
THE COMMITMENT TO ATHLETES
ALWAYS FOCUSED ON YOU
One Nine Physical Therapy is a service-based model unique to today's healthcare. This means that all of our efforts are focused on your experience and providing you with the best physical therapy care.
During this process, we educate you on your injury, how to manage it, and what to do in the future in order to stay injury-free. This keeps you active and maintaining a high quality of life.
Your Physical Therapist will create a customized plan for your treatment, including: manual treatment strategies, a tailored home exercise program, and lifestyle modifications. Learn More about our home exercise app.
