Abby SMith

Originally from Colorado Springs, Abby has an athletic background in gymnastics and springboard diving. She spent 10 years as a competitive gymnast in an Olympic training program until a career ending back injury lead to springboard diving. She then continued her springboard diving career at Colorado Mesa University. Upon moving to San Diego, she helped coach UCSD to their first championship win in 2023. She is passionate about strength and conditioning, health and wellness, and the outdoors.
