Jeff Praino specializes in the professional development of youth athletes at the club, high-school, and collegiate level in San Diego. His passion for guiding young athletes through performance optimization, injury prevention and preparing them for a successful professional career is preceded by his own 4-year professional soccer career and 15-year High School and competitive club coaching career in San Diego. Jeff studied Kinesiology and graduated from CSU San Marcos.
