Sofia is a San Diego native who grew up locally in Solana Beach, California. With an extensive athletic background of over 16 years, Sofia played soccer competitively at San Diego Surf Academy and received a scholarship to play Division 1 soccer at The United States Naval Academy. In addition to having military training experience, Sofia graduated from UCLA where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Sociology. During her time at UCLA, Sofia trained and competed in a bodybuilding show where she developed a deeper passion for fitness, nutrition, and health! Sofia is currently completing her Personal Training Certification and plans to continue her education and attend graduate school.
