Caroline Gonyea
Sports Physical Therapy
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Registered Yoga Teacher
Originally from Oregon, Caroline’s athletic background centers on alpine ski racing at Mt. Bachelor. Before earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, she built a strong foundation in strength and conditioning as a coaching assistant with the University of Washington and the University of Oregon football programs.
As a certified yoga instructor, Caroline has led recovery and mobility sessions for professional and collegiate teams, including the Seattle Kraken, Seattle Seawolves, University of Oregon tennis, and multiple University of Washington programs including football, basketball, soccer, tennis, golf, rowing, and softball. During her doctoral training, she further specialized in elite populations, completing a spring training clinical rotation with the Seattle Mariners organization and a rotation at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, where she treated active-duty Marines and other tactical athletes.
Caroline combines evidence-based rehabilitation with performance-driven strength training to bridge the gap from injury to return to competition. Her goal is to help athletes not only recover, but elevate their performance.
